We are licensed as a third-party servicer and collector in states where licensing is required. State-by-state detail is available on request — contact us and we will send it.

If you want to complain to a regulator

You can raise a complaint with us first — that is usually faster, and we may be able to fix it. See Contacting UAS or open a support request.

You do not have to, though. Depending on where you live, you may also contact a state regulator directly. Some of these appear in your own agreement or disclosures:
